‘Fifth Third Better’ Nacho Truck
To turn awareness into action for Fifth Third Bank’s “Fifth Third Better” campaign and ‘Fifth Third Better Nachos’ TV spot, I led concepting and IRL execution of a traveling nacho truck that brought the bank’s message of better service directly to fans at their NFL tailgate.
The truck launched on National Nacho Day at Fifth Third’s Cincinnati HQ, where we drive foot traffic through local media. I then traveled with the truck to Cincinnati Bengals Games, serving up “166.7% better nachos” to tie back to the popular TV spot. I managed all event and vendor logistics from truck buildout to food service, and integrated geo-targeted Snapchat ads and a custom filter to drive traffic.
Fans exchanged their email for free nachos, generating CRM leads and leaving them with a lasting taste of Fifth Third’s superior service.
